Kripalu Yoga
Kripalu Yoga, a style of Hatha Yoga, focuses on integration of body, mind and spirit
through Yoga postures, pranayama (yogic breathing), meditation and relaxation.
Kripalu Yoga respects the physical, mental, emotional and energetic uniqueness of the
individual. Kripalu Yoga helps to calm and focus the mind, increase concentration,
release tension, increase flexibility, strength, balance, coordination, relaxation, peacefulness and well being. The result is increased vitality, a physically fit body and a calm
and focused mind.
Future Classes
Satyavati plans to offer classes on Partners Yoga, Children's Yoga, Parent/Child Yoga
and Chakra Yoga in addition to her current class offerings.
